This is a 12-week training and leadership program for men who want more out of themselves and their lives.
The program is centered around one focused hour a day that can completely change the trajectory of your story.
That hour is simple and repeatable:
15 minutes of physical training to strengthen the body
15 minutes of reading or journaling to sharpen awareness and direction
15 minutes of combat sport practice to build resilience under pressure
Individually, these habits are small. Practiced daily, they compound into discipline, confidence, and clarity—creating men who are harder to break and better equipped to lead at home, at work, and in their communities.
