This is a commitment-driven training program for men ready to take action. To ensure high-level coaching and a strong team culture, participation is earned, not guaranteed.

If accepted, you’ll train with direct access to me and my expert team, committing to a weekly 90-minute session—half strength & conditioning, half combat sport training.


The goal is simple: build strength, resilience, confidence, and discipline that carries into everyday life.

☆ ​APPLICATION ☆

This is your first step — and your first test. We want to know who you are, what you’re after, and whether you’re truly ready to make a meaningful change.

The application isn’t about perfection — it’s about clarity, honesty, and commitment. When you apply, you’re telling us you’re serious about transforming your body, your mindset, and your performance.

You’ll share:

Your goals and why they matter

What makes you ready now
Your willingness to commit mentally, physically, and financially

This isn’t just a form — it’s the beginning of a decision to bet on yourself.

Spaces are limited — only 30 athletes train in each 12-week cohort at once.

We intentionally cap enrollment because:

You deserve personalized attention
Quality coaching requires focus and presence
Community strength comes from cohesive, committed teams

After reviewing your application, we select individuals who demonstrate:

A clear vision for what they want to achieve
A readiness for accountability
A willingness to do both the inner and outer work required for change

If accepted, you’ll receive an invitation to join the next group — and that’s when the real work begins.

Once you’re in, you’re not alone — you get direct access to me and my expert team.

This coaching layer isn’t generic or hands-off. It’s:

Structured guidance built from real experience
Feedback loops to improve weaknesses and expand strengths
Mindset support so you don’t just work harder — you move smarter

We’ll challenge your limits, refine your form, and push you past plateaus with intentional feedback, honest evaluation, and guidance that works in the real world — not just in theory.

Weekly 90-Minute Training Sessions — Each session is engineered to be: Half Fitness Performance — Strength, conditioning, mobility, resilience Half Combat Sport Training — Technique, power, timing, grit

You’ll show up, train with purpose, and walk away with:

A growing sense of accountability to yourself and your team


This is a space for fathers, sons, brothers, and neighbors to train side by side—building strength, discipline, and leadership through shared effort.
