MOVEMENT & MUSCLE
Loosen up those stiff joints, improve your range of motion, and build a solid foundation of strength and stability! Workouts are a mix of isolation strength training, band exercises, and cardio calisthenic movements. This program only requires dumbbells, bands, and a jump rope, so it's the perfect option for staying fit on the go or training at home.

Build functional, real-world strength and regain your athleticism! Each training session is a combination of lifts, carries, pushes/pulls, throws, jumps, and sprints. On this program, you'll look and feel like an athlete again and be ready for whatever life throws your way.

Q. I'M NOT A DAD, BUT I'M STILL INTERESTED IN THIS PROGRAM. CAN I STILL SIGN UP?
A. This program was designed for anyone 30+ who's looking to train smarter, feel amazing, and lay the groundwork for a future of better health. We'll remove the guesswork from your training, get you amped and inspired to lift again, and make your training more efficient so you can spend more time on what truly matters.
Q. HOW MANY DAYS PER WEEK DO I NEED TO TRAIN?
A. Each program option is created with 4 training days, two mobility days, and an active recovery/rest day. To achieve maximum results, we recommend a minimum of 4 workouts per week, which 4 you pick is up to you! Every day you'll have the option to choose between a 25 minute or 45 minute version of your workout, based on how much time you can dedicate to training on that particular day. So "finding time" will never be an obstacle.
Q. WHAT KIND OF RESULTS SHOULD I EXPECT?
A. This program was constructed to help you build and maintain a respectable level of strength, mobility, and conditioning. The goal isn't to set any all-time lifting records, it's to help you feel better, look great, and move pain free. We guarantee that the level of effort you put into your training will parallel your results, put the work in and stick to the plan!
Q. WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?
A. All workouts are designed around basic equipment you can find at almost any gym. On our "Strength & Conditioning" program you'll need access to a barbell, a squat rack, dumbbells, a sled, a sandbag, kettlebells, and a medicine ball. On our "Movement & Muscle" program, you'll simply need dumbbells, bands, and a jump rope. Small items such as foam roller and a lacrosse ball will also be required.
Q. DO YOU OFFER PERSONAL ONLINE COACHING?
A. If you want a program specifically designed around your needs, we offer personal coaching on a limited basis. Personal coaching includes an initial goal-setting session, customized programming, and weekly zoom follow-ups. Email us at [email protected] for to inquire about availability and pricing. 
Q. I HAVEN'T TRAINED IN YEARS AND HAVE A FEW OLD INJURIES, CAN I DO THIS?
A. Our programs are created to help you elevate your training and improve your overall fitness regardless of your starting point. If you're committed to getting the job done, modifications can always be made to work around limitations. If you're a beginner, we highly recommend starting with our "Movement & Muscle" program to build a solid base of movement quality and joint stability. Once you've hit your stride, progressing to our "Strength & Conditioning" program to focus on increasing your strength and athleticism would be the next step.
